This morning as I sipped my morning tea (Lipton Green tea with Orange, Passion Fruit & Jasmine) I contemplated my day. I've decided that instead of thinking about all the things I really don't want to do. Laundry, vacuum, and my all time favorite dust I would focus on what I wanted to achieve.
Once I've decided what I wanted to achieve I would be able to think about what I needed to do to get to my goal.
That's what today is about. It's about defining goals.
1. Lose weight, get fit and healthy. It may seem like multiple tasks but they are not. They go hand in hand.
2. Get more organized around the house. I always feel like I'm playing catch up. Unless they will be adding an 8th day to the week I better get a grasp on this.
3. I'm 52 yrs old. If I don't do it now...when? Will things get easier? Will I wake up at 60 and think, "Yep, today is the day. I got it now!" I don't think so. I think NOW is the moment.
Granted I can't achieve all of this in one day ... but I can work towards those goals.
